Ben worked with me from the start, with low pressure, professionalism, knowledge and continual help.  The sign purchase and installation for our church took several months. Ben was great at checking in, offering advice and listening to all my concerns.  While we got bids from several sign makers, Focus Digital Displays provided the most competitive bid by far.  Despite Focus Digital being located in Texas and our church being located in Washington State, the delivery was fast. The quality was excellent.  Ben was readily available to help with questions by our electrician during the installation.
